Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into our Silver Comet Village community. The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts.

At Silver Comet Village, our care partners are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and memory support neighborhoods.

The Certified Medication Aide provides support for our community’s residents with the essential day-to-day tasks they can no longer perform or need help with. CMA’s are responsible for administering daily medications, recording medication dosages and times, and responding/reporting resident care needs. Duties include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and documenting in an electronic health record. The ideal CMA will be detail oriented, possess knowledge of resident care procedures and have excellent communication skills.

Silver Comet Village Servers enhance the lives of our residents by providing service with patience and a friendly smile. The Server with interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards and ensure everyone is happy with their meal. They will work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, dispose of trash and assist with restocking inventory. The Server will promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere and high level of customer service.

The Cook will use their knowledge and experience in food production to ensure the proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes, while adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements and maintaining a safe and orderly kitchen. They will build positive relationships with the residents, employees and coworkers while understanding that dining can be the highlight of our resident’s day. Responsible to effectively manage all food production in the absence of the Dining Services Director.

The Housekeeper is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions in order to create a safe, secure, and inviting environment for residents, families and team members while meeting and exceeding Silver Comet Village’s quality standards. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the overall community’s interior, including resident’s apartments, in a clean and sanitary fashion and in a courteous and friendly manner.

The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, community facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. They will prepare resident’s rooms for new occupants, handle general maintenance repairs, perform routine cleaning and maintain the grounds.

Our Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from various activities while providing quality service. Transpiration will also assist with various activities, any special needs during transportation and assisting residents onto and out of the vehicle at the points of destination.

The Memory Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the memory care neighborhood within the assisted living community. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The ideal candidate will be a LPN with a passion for memory care, experience in serving older adults and a desire to learn and grow. They must display exceptional leadership skills to foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and staff.
